What we collect, and why.

When you use IBuySV, you may share with us:

• Your name and phone number.
• Your email address (optional).
• Your property address.
• The answers you provide about your situation: property type, condition, occupancy, your selling timeline, your reason for selling, your biggest concern about selling, where you're planning to move (optional), a rough asking price you have in mind (optional), and the best time to reach you.

We only collect what you choose to give us through the form — we don't pull in data from other sources behind your back.

Separately from the form, we keep simple, anonymous counts of how the website is used: how many people view each page, roughly which area visitors come from (city or country level only), and which site referred them.

These are aggregate totals — they don't include your name, your IP address, or cookies, they can't identify you, and they're never tied to anything you submit through the form. We use them only to understand how well the site works and reaches people.

We use the information you provide to:

• Understand your situation and what you're trying to do.
• Prepare your selling options so you can compare them.
• Connect you with local investors and/or agents who may be able to help.

By submitting the form, you agree that IBuySV and the investors or agents we connect you with may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your property and your selling options. This can include automated or pre-recorded messages where permitted by law. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email us at the address below — and we'll stop contacting you.

• Submitting your information does not publicly list your home or post it on the open market. A home is only listed if you later choose to sign a listing agreement with an agent.
• We don't sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

The only sharing we do is to follow up about a possible as-is sale or another local option that may help with your sale — which is the whole point of using IBuySV.

We keep the information you submit only as long as we need it to help with your selling options and to connect you with investors or agents. After that, we remove it on a reasonable schedule.
